“That someone comes externally to invade my privacy is not freedom of expression but invasion of privacy… What right does it give you to publish things about another person when it is not your topic, that only shows how empty and broken you are inside”, said Merly annoyed before the cameras of the program ‘La banda del Chino’.
Despite how hard it has been for her to go through this moment at her short 18 years, recently turned, she was encouraged to give a warning: “If you have a video and you leak it, it doesn’t matter if it’s in your group of friends and you rotate it, you become just as guilty as the person who le@ked it”.
“The ugliest thing is the defamation that I have been suffering this week. “I was entering adolescence, but I was too young to receive the kind of comments I received… there are many women who justify a man sexualizing me and that is stronger… I don’t judge anyone, I think everyone is free to do with your s3xuality, your body and videos what you want, but the person who should be judged is the one who filters these videos”, he added.
According to an expert consulted by ‘La banda del Chino’, these types of cases can be reported to the Specialized Unit of the Prosecutor’s Office, to the High-Tech Crimes Division of the PNP or to the same platform that has tools to download content that is considered harmful.
